Morelli Law Firm settled a construction accident case in New York for $12 million. The Plaintiff was operating a scissor lift that fell off a defectively designed ramp with the Plaintiff inside the lift. As a result, Plaintiff sustained a traumatic brain injury, underwent brain surgery, and had multiple other fractures requiring surgery. The case was settled shortly before trial.
