Associate
Thomas P. Riley is an associate at Morelli Law Firm, where he concentrates his practice on personal injury, medical malpractice, and sexual harassment litigation. He also maintains an active role in complex mass tort matters, including litigation involving the Boy Scouts of America and Johnson & Johnson’s talcum powder products.
Prior to attending law school, Thomas worked at a prominent New York City firm, where he focused on FINRA-related employment disputes involving claims of sexual harassment, as well as gender and age discrimination. Thomas earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2025, where he served as a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. His Note critically examined the use of class action waivers in mandatory arbitration agreements, arguing that such provisions often undermine core consumer protection principles while insulating corporate defendants from meaningful accountability.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Villanova University, majoring in English with minors in business and classics.
