Erin P. Mullen Sala concentrates her practice on a variety of medical malpractice cases including wrongful death, failure to diagnose, surgical and gynecological malpractice, brain damaged baby, nursing home negligence and medical products liability cases.
Erin earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of LawCamden in 2008. In law school, she participated in various hands-on legal clinics, including the Children’s Justice Clinic and Domestic Violence Clinic.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin worked as an associate at a prominent New York City firm where she focused on medical malpractice, product liability, personal injury, and general commercial litigation. Erin is admitted to practice law in the courts of the states of New York and New Jersey, and in the United States District Courts for the state of New Jersey and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a Certified Mediator in New Jersey and serves on the Board of Directors for the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Erin has appeared on the list of National Trial Lawyers Top 40 Under 40. She is also an active member of the Young Professionals Committee of the Innocence Project, which is a national litigation and public policy organization dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted people through DNA testing and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.
