Actor/comedian Tracy Morgan’s case against Wal-Mart arising out of a tractor-trailer accident.

The Firm’s representation of numerous victims who were injured in the May 12, 2015 Amtrak train derailment, the largest train accident and settlement for a train accident in U.S. history ($265 million).

Mark Perez’s case workplace accident case against Live Nation Worldwide, wherein the firm secured a nearly $102 million verdict after a month-long trial. On appeal, the Firm sustained the largest pain and suffering damages award for a Traumatic Brain Injury in the history of New York State.

Professional tennis player Eugenie Bouchard’s case against the United States Tennis Association. The case was resolved after the Firm achieved a favorable jury verdict in the Eastern District of New York Federal Court.

Zynae Green—a six-year-old girl who suffered catastrophic electrocution-related injuries—in her case against the MGM National Harbor Hotel in Maryland.

The Firm’s representation of five family members who were either catastrophically or fatally injured in a tractor trailer accident in Southern Illinois. The case was brought against a prominent national trucking company, and resolved after days of trial in federal court.

David’s legal prowess is recognized throughout the industry. He has been continually selected to the New York Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list since 2016. He was also named as a Top 40 Under 40 Civil Plaintiff Trial Lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers, and was a member of the 40 Under 40 Executive Committee. In 2021, David was named to Best Lawyers Magazine’s inaugural “Ones to Watch” list.* His victories and casework have been cited in numerous outlets, such as the Washington Post, the New York Times, New York Post and New York Law Journal.
David is admitted to practice law in the courts of the states of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania, and federal courts in the Eastern, Southern, and Northern districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey. He graduated from Syracuse University in 2007 and from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2010. David has authored published articles both during law school and during his professional career, and one of his papers has been taught as part of law school curriculums.
