Firm Secures Compensation for Man’s Leg Amputation from Car Accident
A 44-year-old delivery man who was the victim of a traumatic motor vehicle accident was awarded settlement monies over $5.4 million to compensate for his injuries. The man was riding his bicycle through Midtown when he was hit by a truck, which collided with his right leg. He was transported to hospital by ambulance, where his injuries were surgically treated with above the knee amputation and skin grafting.
