Perry Fallick earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 2012 where he
cum laude. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice, employment discrimination,
nursing home litigation, and commercial litigation.
While in law school, Perry was an editor of the
New York Law School Law Review and a John Marshall Harlan Scholar. He also gained experience as a Summer
Associate at Warner Music Group in their legal department and as a Legal
Intern at Greenberg Traurig LLP. Before deciding to attend law school,
he worked in marketing for the Anaheim Ducks Hockey Club of the National
Hockey League. Perry received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University in 2007.
Prior to joining the firm, Perry worked as an associate at a boutique litigation
firm specializing in complex commercial litigation. He is admitted to
practice law before the courts of the State of New York and the United
States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
Perry is also a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
Perry was selected to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in 2016,
an honor given to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state.
