Erin P. Mullen graduated from Villanova University in 2005. While in college,
she interned for United States Senator, Jon Corzine, on Capitol Hill.
She also spent a semester interning for Linda Gilroy, M.P., a British
Member of Parliament, while studying abroad in London, England.
Erin earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law- Camden in 2008.
In law school, she participated in various hands-on legal clinics, including
the Children's Justice Clinic and Domestic Violence Clinic.
At Morelli Law Firm, Erin concentrates her practice on a variety of medical
malpractice cases including wrongful death, failure to diagnose, surgical
and gynecological malpractice, brain damaged baby, nursing home negligence
and medical products liability cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Erin worked as an associate at prominent New
York City firms where she focused on medical malpractice, product liability,
personal injury, and general commercial litigation. Erin is admitted to
practice law in the courts of the states of New York and New Jersey, and
in the United States District Court of New Jersey. She is also a Certified
Mediator in New Jersey.
Erin is also an active member of the Young Professionals Committee of the
Innocence Project, which is a national litigation and public policy organization
dedicated to exonerating wrongfully convicted people through DNA testing
and reforming the criminal justice system to prevent future injustice.
