Morelli Alters Ratner today filed a lawsuit against HRH PRINCE ABDULAZIZ BIN FAHD ALSAUD, SAUDI OGER LTD (d/b/a HARARI INTERESTS, and MUSTAPHA OUANES for the assault and rape of plaintiff Jane Doe.
Mustapha Ouanes, an employee of the Prince, was convicted last summer of the rape of Jane Doe, and sentenced to 10 years in prison. The lawsuit alleges that Ouanes roofied Jane Doe and her friend Mary Doe before raping and assaulting both of them. The lawsuit also contends that the Prince negligently hired, retained, and failed to supervise Ouanes, despite Ouanes's well-known history as a sexual harasser and sexual predator.
