David Sirotkin is an associate at Morelli Ratner PC and concentrates his practice in the areas of employment discrimination, pharmaceutical mass torts, personal injury, nursing home litigation, and general litigation. He graduated summa cum laudewith a B.A. in Political Science from Syracuse University in 2007. While in college, Mr. Sirotkin interned at the Syracuse District Attorney’s Office. He earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Mr. Sirotkin was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution, which published his note,Disciplining the Disciplinary Systems in Professional Sports: An Attempt to Fix the Arbitrary and Overreaching Disciplinary Powers of Sports Commissioners, 11 CARDOZO J. CONFLICT RESOL. 289 (Fall 2009). During law school, he also gained experience in entertainment law as an intern at MTV Networks, and in intellectual property law as an intern at J.P. Morgan Chase.
Mr. Sirotkin is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the American Association of Justice.
